-Strategic planning for leadership, staff, advisors, and partners of organizations, which includes short and long-range planning (board and staff retreats)
-Develop and implement community relations strategies, working in partnership within interdisciplinary teams to design and assess engagement strategies that incorporate a diverse set of perspectives, acknowledge history and center equity in line with organizational goals
-Community Engagement project management planning for both colleges, non-profits and local communities
-Create strategies to increase communication and collaboration between college program areas engaging with community partners and local elected officials
-Civic Action Planning including Carnegie Classification Application assistance
-Community Relations planning between colleges and community partners
Organizational Development
-Planning, organizing, and implementing key strategic community engagement and outreach activities alongside colleges, non-profits and communities
-Coalition, relationship building, marketing and branding for colleges and non profits
-Assist with identification of various stakeholders including community stakeholders/leaders, advocates and influencers to build sustainable partnership and programs
-Develop strategies and campaigns that engage audiences, government officials, community partners, and members of the public in meaningful dialogue & participation
Coaching & Talent Development
-Executive Coaching with Executive Leaders, Faculty, Staff, and/or Boards to assist in project implementation
-Executive searches for community engagement recruitment of staff and programs
-Custom design training/education (community engagement, leadership development, and belonging) for teams, colleges, non-profits and community agencies
-Provide insight and guidance with creation and expansion of advisory committees and/or boards.
