I lead a life of service and leadership within the Hudson Valley and beyond through serving on several board and committees for local organizations which focus on women empowerment, human rights, food insecurity, voters rights and more. I have received several awards for my service in higher education and community engagement.

In June of 2020, I was selected to join the inaugural cohort of Majority Leaders with the Supermajority Education Fund, a program created for emerging women leaders throughout the US. The program unites women community leaders focuses on intersectional feminism, voting rights, combating misinformation online, community activism, and more.
